Built for the Institution
Administration buildings, usually built permanently by institutions and enterprises, and office buildings used during construction site mobilization, fall under this category. Staff count, building lifetime, and the full list of requirements are the most important criteria in the design process. Providing technical specifications suited to weather conditions — and comfort within the office — is essential to staff performance.
Our technical staff of architects and engineers prepares special solutions for particular customer requirements, with static calculations made for each building based on the snow and rain loads proper to its climate.
Two Construction Methods
- Light Steel Panel System — steel-carcass panels (1250×2500/3000mm, 80–300mm thick) are fully assembled, insulated, and faced at the factory, then consigned to site in ready form. This is the faster, more time-efficient method. A1-class incombustible fiber cement or painted galvanized sheet can be used for interior and exterior finishing.
- Plated on-Site Light Steel System — the steel carcass is prepared to the project's static calculations and shipped bare; assembly, insulation, and interior/exterior facing are completed on site, with elegant A1-class fiber cement facades applied at the end.
