Light steel is produced from galvanized steel by the cold forming method. Light steel construction technology is a construction system in which structural elements are produced from galvanized steel by cold forming. Building details, structurally designed, are transferred to the machine with computer support and shaped on our specially designed Structure Robot lines. Because pre-manufacturing happens in a factory environment on robot machine lines, errors caused by human factors are minimized.
Why Light Steel
Light steel construction is much more affordable compared to heavy steel and reinforced concrete, and assembly and disassembly of the products can be performed easily. The heavy construction machinery typically needed during installation of steel structures is not required to the same degree for light steel structures — an important factor that reduces installation cost even further.
